Westville Borough is a borough located in the Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States. As of 2000 the population was 4500. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 4467, It is the 304th largest in terms of population. The borough comprises an area of 1.36 square miles (3.52 square kilometre), of which, 0.96 square miles (2.49 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.39 square miles (1.01 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 141st smallest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.

The population density was 4666.1 people per square mile (1801.59/kmē), making it the 127th most densely populated borough in New Jersey. In the borough the population was spread out, with 24.5% under the age of 18, 8% from 18 to 24, 32% from 25 to 44, 21.5% from 45 to 64, and 14.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 94.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.4 males. The median age is 36.6 years, The median age of males and females living in Westville Borough was 35.6 and 37.5 years respectively. The racial or ethnic makeup of the borough was 4206 White, 122 Black or African American, 6 American Indian, 45 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, 62 from two or more races and 58 Ohter races.
