Westover City is a city in the Monongalia County, West Virginia, United States. The city has a population of 3941 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 4088, It is the 36th largest by population in the U.S. state of West Virginia. It is spread over 1.32 sq mi (3.42 sq km), it is the 120th largest by area in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
