Westminster Village is a city located in the Windham County, Vermont, United States. In 2000, the population was 276. The July 2008 population estimate is 262, It is the tenth least populous in the U.S. state of Vermont. It covers total area of 1.32 sq mi (3.42 kmē), it is the 44th largest by area in the U.S. state of Vermont.
