Westfield Village is a city located in Marquette County, Wisconsin, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 1217 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1178, giving it the 333rd largest population among Wisconsin. It is spread over 1.45 square miles (3.76 kmē), of which, 1.42 square miles (3.68 kmē ) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, it is the 388th largest in terms of geographical size.
