Westernport Town is a town located in Allegany County, Maryland, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 2104 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 1945, It is Maryland's 235th largest by population . The town comprises an area of 0.88 square miles (2.28 square kilometre), it is the 89th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Maryland.
