West Richland City is one of the city of Benton County, Washington, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the West Richland City is home to 8385 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 10857, making it Washington's 120th largest. Its area is just over 21.81 square miles (56.49 sq km), of which, 21.72 square miles (56.25 sq km) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km) of it is water, it is the 24th largest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.
