West Point City is one of the city of Clay County, Mississippi, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 12145 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 11292, It is 33rd most populous in Mississippi. The city has a total area of 21.09 square miles (54.62 square kilometre), of which, 20.81 square miles (53.9 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.27 square miles (0.7 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 22nd largest by size in Mississippi.
