West Palm Beach City is one of the city of Palm Beach County, Florida, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. West Palm Beach City had an official population of 82103 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 98779, It is the 19th most populous in the U.S. state of Florida. Its area is just over 58.2 square miles (150.74 sq km), of which, 55.14 square miles (142.81 sq km) of it is land and 3.06 square miles (7.93 sq km) of it is water, making it Florida's 13th largest by total area.
