West Liberty Borough, Butler County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 325 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 334, It is Pennsylvania's 192nd smallest by population . It is spread over 3.95 square miles (10.23 sq km), of which, 3.91 square miles (10.13 sq km ) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 151st largest by total area.

In the borough the population is diverse age-wise, with 24.3% under the age of 18, 9.2% from 18 to 24, 28.6% from 25 to 44, 26.5% from 45 to 64, and 11.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 115.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 117.7 males. The median age of the borough's population was 36.4 years, The median age of males was 35.8 years, for females the median age was 37.2 years. The racial or ethnic makeup of the borough was 323 White, Black or African American, American Indian, 1 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 1 from two or more races and Ohter races.
