West Leechburg Borough is a United States borough located in the Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 1290 as per the Census data. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1256, giving it the 785th largest population among Pennsylvania. The borough comprises an area of 1 sq mi (2.59 square kilometre), of which, 0.93 square miles (2.41 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 730th largest by total area in Pennsylvania.
