West Jefferson Village is a city in the Madison County, Ohio, United States. It is home to over 4331 people (2000 census). The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 4261, It is the 302nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Ohio. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.33 mi˛ (8.62 sq km), of which, 3.32 square miles (8.6 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, it is the 301st largest by area in the U.S. state of Ohio.
