West Carthage Village is a United States city located in the Jefferson County, New York, United States. In 2000, the population was 2102. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2167, It is New York's 582nd largest by population . The city has a total area of 1.31 square miles (3.39 sq km), of which, 1.2 square miles (3.11 sq km) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 sq km) of it is water, making it the 346th smallest by size in New York.
