Wellsville City is a city located in Cache County, Utah, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. It is home to over 2728 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 3259, It is 101st most populous in Utah. The city spans an area of 6.38 square miles (16.52 sq km), of which, 6.35 square miles (16.45 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, it is the 115th largest by area in the U.S. state of Utah.
