Weed City is a one of the Siskiyou County, California, located in Western Region (Pacific) of United States. In 2000, the population was 2978. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 3024, making it the 711th most populous in California. The city encompasses an area of 4.85 square miles (12.56 kmē), making it California's 548th largest by total area.
