Wedowee Town is a town located in Randolph County, Alabama, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 818 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 824, giving it the 303rd largest population among Alabama. Its area is just over 3.53 sq mi (9.14 sq km), of which, 3.51 square miles (9.09 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 298th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama.
