Waynesburg Borough is a one of the Greene County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 4184. Its population was estimated at 4147 in July 2008, It is the 344th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 0.83 mi˛ (2.15 square kilometre), making it Pennsylvania's 833rd largest by total area.
