Waynesboro Borough is a United States borough located in the Franklin County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 9614. In July 2008, its estimated population was 9947, It is Pennsylvania's 117th largest by population . It is spread over 3.36 square miles (8.7 square kilometre), giving it the 188th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.

The racial makeup of the borough was 9153 White, 252 Black or African American, 14 American Indian, 48 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, 94 from two or more races and 52 Ohter races.
