Wayne Town, McClain County, Oklahoma is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 714 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 744, giving it the 283rd largest population among Oklahoma. Its area is just over 0.36 sq mi (0.93 kmē), makes it the 143rd smallest by total area in Oklahoma.
