Waymart Borough is a one of the Wayne County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1429. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3135, It is Pennsylvania's 745th largest by population . It has total area of 2.83 sq mi (7.33 square kilometre), of which, 2.77 square miles (7.17 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 236th largest in terms of geographical size.
