Waukomis Town is a United States town located in the Garfield County, Oklahoma, United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 1261 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1214, It is the 192nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town comprises an area of 3.08 square miles (7.98 sq km), of which, 3.07 square miles (7.95 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 239th largest by total area in Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1261 people, 510 households, and 353 families residing in the town.
