Waterville Village is a United States city located in the Lucas County, Ohio, United States. In 2000, the population was 4828. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 5230, It is the 287th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 3.62 sq mi (9.38 square kilometre), of which, 3.5 square miles (9.06 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 280th largest by total area in Ohio.
