Washington Township Cdp is a one of the Bergen County, New Jersey, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 8938 as per the 2000 census data. It is the 183rd largest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It has total area of 2.96 square miles (7.67 kmē), of which, 2.91 square miles (7.54 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, it is the 190th largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
