Washington Town is a town located in Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 183. Its population was estimated at 172 in July 2008, It is 17th least populous in Virginia. It covers total area of 0.26 mi˛ (0.67 sq km), makes it the 22nd smallest by total area in Virginia.
