Washington City is a city in the Washington County, Utah, United States. Washington City had an official population of 8186 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 17716, It is Utah's 51st largest by population . It has total area of 31.55 square miles (81.71 sq km), of which, 31.53 square miles (81.66 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, making it the tenth largest by size in Utah.
