Warwick City is a city located in the Kent County, Rhode Island, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 85808 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 84483, It is second most populous in Rhode Island. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 49.62 sq mi (128.52 sq km), of which, 35.5 square miles (91.94 sq km) of it is land and 14.12 square miles (36.57 sq km) of it is water, making it the largest by size in Rhode Island. It is ranks first in the size of its inland waterways in Rhode Island.

The median age is 40 years, the median age of male residents at 38.4 and the median age of female residents at 41.4. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 81695 White, 996 Black or African American, 213 American Indian, 1281 Asian, 15 Native Hawaiian, 1102 from two or more races and 506 Ohter races.
