Warrenville City is a United States city located in the DuPage County, Illinois, United States. As of 2000 the population was 13363. Its population was estimated at 13033 in July 2008, making it Illinois's 162nd largest. It covers total area of 5.62 square miles (14.56 square kilometre), of which, 5.5 square miles (14.24 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Illinois's 189th largest by total area.
