Warren County, Tennessee is a county of the United States of Tennessee. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Warren County is home to 38276 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 39842, giving it the 38th largest population among Tennessee's county. It is spread over 434.08 mi˛ (1124.26 sq km), of which, 432.69 square miles (1120.66 sq km ) of it is land and 1.4 square miles (3.63 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 54th largest by total area in Tennessee.

For every 100 females there were 96.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.7 males. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 39842, The racial makeup of the county was 37764 White, 1308 Black or African American, 106 American Indian, 256 Asian, 32 Native Hawaiian, and 376 from two or more races.
