Warren County is a county located in Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 43863. The July 2008 population estimate is 40728, It is Pennsylvania's 15th least populous county. The county extends throughout a territory of 897.81 miē (2325.32 kmē ), of which, 883.45 square miles (2288.12 kmē) of it is land and 14.36 square miles (37.19 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 17th largest by total area among Pennsylvania's county.

In the county Population was distributed with 24.1% under the age of 18, 6.4% from 18 to 24, 27% from 25 to 44, 25.9% from 45 to 64, and 16.7% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 96.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.8 males. The July 2008 population estimate is 40728, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 40113 White, 132 Black or African American, 94 American Indian, 144 Asian, 8 Native Hawaiian, and 237 from two or more races.
