Warren County is a one of the county from New Jersey's 21 counties, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The county has a population of 102437 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 109876, It is the third least populous county in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It has total area of 362.75 sq mi (939.52 sq km), of which, 357.87 square miles (926.88 sq km) of it is land and 4.89 square miles (12.67 sq km) of it is water, it is the 11th largest in terms of geographical size.

The population density was 286.2 people per square mile (110.5/kmē), giving it the fourth least densely populated county among the New Jersey. There were 41157 housing units at an average density of 115 per square mile (44.4/kmē). The average household size was 2.61 persons, and the average family size was 3.12 persons. The population's age distribution was 26.1% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 31.3% from 25 to 44, 23.5% from 45 to 64, and 12.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 94.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.1 males. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 109876, The racial makeup of the county was 92.61% White, 3.63% Black or African American, 0.13% American Indian, 2.6% Asian, 0.02% Native Hawaiian, and 1% from two or more races.
