Ware Shoals Town is a town in the Greenwood, Abbeville and Laurens counties, South Carolina, United States. In 2000, town's population was 2363 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 2348, It is the 154th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 3.99 mi˛ (10.33 square kilometre), of which, 3.87 square miles (10.02 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 139th largest in terms of geographical size.
