Wapanucka Town is a town located in Johnston County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 445 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 431, It is the 367th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town comprises an area of 0.67 sq mi (1.74 kmē), of which, 0.66 square miles (1.71 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 442nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 445 people in the town, organized into 174 households, and 118 families residing in the town. The population density was 673.8 people per square mile (260.16/kmē), it is Oklahoma's 315th most densely populated town. There were 208 housing units at an average density of 315.2 per square mile (121.7/kmē). The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 3.12.
