Wampum Borough is a borough located in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Wampum Borough had an official population of 678 in 2000. The July 2008 population estimate is 623, making it Pennsylvania's 389th smallest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.96 square miles (2.49 square kilometre), of which, 0.92 square miles (2.38 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 746th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 678 people in the borough, organized into 290 households, and 183 families living in the borough.
