Walled Lake City is a one of the Oakland County, Michigan, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 6713 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 6876, It is Michigan's 153rd largest by population . The city extends throughout a territory of 2.47 sq mi (6.4 square kilometre ), of which, 2.27 square miles (5.88 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Michigan's 278th largest by total area.

For every 100 females there were 85.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 81.1 males.
