It is the 35th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Hawaii. Its area is just over 1.41 square miles (3.65 kmē), of which, 1.32 square miles (3.42 kmē) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 kmē) of it is water, making it the 31st smallest by size in Hawaii.
