Waihee-waiehu Cdp is a census designated place located in the Maui County, Hawaii, United States. It is home to over 7310 people (2000 census). It is the 29th largest by population in the U.S. state of Hawaii. The census designated place comprises an area of 5.27 sq mi (13.65 kmē), of which, 4.25 square miles (11.01 kmē) of it is land and 1.01 square miles (2.62 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 50th largest by total area in Hawaii.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 7310 residents, 1864 households, and 1598 families in the census designated place. The population density was 1718.5 people per square mile (663.52/kmē), making its Hawaii's 43rd most densely populated census designated place.
