Wadsworth City is a city located in Medina County, Ohio, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 18437. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 20696, It is the 95th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 9.5 sq mi (24.6 square kilometre), making it the 102nd largest by size in Ohio.
