Wadley City is a city located in Jefferson County, Georgia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of the city was 2088 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1940, It is 240th most populous in Georgia. It is spread over 4.6 square miles (11.91 sq km), of which, 4.56 square miles (11.81 sq km ) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, making it Georgia's 183rd largest by total area.
