Viroqua City is a city in the Vernon County, Wisconsin, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 4335 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 4435 in July 2008, giving it the 140th largest population among Wisconsin. The city has a total area of 3.27 square miles (8.47 square kilometre), makes it the 202nd largest by total area in Wisconsin.
