Viola Town is one of the town of Fulton County, Arkansas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The town has a population of 381 as per the 2000 census data. Its area is just over 1.29 square miles (3.34 sq km), making it the 319th largest by size in Arkansas.
