Vinings Cdp is a census designated place located in the Cobb County, Georgia, United States. As of 2000 the population was 9677. making it the 86th most populous in Georgia. The census designated place spans an area of 3.29 mi˛ (8.52 square kilometre), of which, 3.18 square miles (8.24 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 241st largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
