Villa Rica City, Georgia is a city of the Carroll and Douglas counties, Georgia, United States. As of 2000 the population was 4134. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 12838, giving it the 153rd largest population among Georgia. The city spans an area of 12.72 miē (32.94 kmē), of which, 12.56 square miles (32.53 kmē) of it is land and 0.16 square miles (0.41 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 59th largest by total area among Georgia.
