Vici Town is a town located in Dewey County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 668 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 624, It is the 296th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 0.43 mi˛ (1.11 square kilometre), it is the 173rd smallest in terms of geographical size.
