Valley Falls Village is one of the city of Rensselaer County, New York, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of the city was 491 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 476, making it New York's 96th smallest. The city encompasses an area of 0.46 sq mi (1.19 kmē ), of which, 0.44 square miles (1.14 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 71st smallest by total area among New York.
