Valencia Borough is a borough located in Butler County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 384. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 537, It is the 231st least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.39 square miles (1.01 square kilometre ), it is the 223rd smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 384 people in the borough, organized into 100 households, and 75 families residing in the borough. The population density was 996.2 people per square mile (384.63/kmē), giving it the 445th least densely populated borough among the Pennsylvania.
