Utica Village is a city in the Licking and Knox counties, Ohio, United States. As of 2000 the population was 2130. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2104, It is the 469th most populous in the U.S. state of Ohio. The city spans an area of 1.7 square miles (4.4 sq km), makes it the 459th largest by total area in Ohio.
