Utica Borough is a one of the Venango County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 211. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 193, making it the 106th least populous in Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 1.38 square miles (3.57 sq km), of which, 1.34 square miles (3.47 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 572nd largest by total area in Pennsylvania.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 211 people, 79 households, and 57 families residing in the borough. The population density was 157.2 people per square mile (60.7/kmē), making its Pennsylvania's 57th least densely populated borough. There were 122 housing units at an average density of 91 per square mile (35.14/kmē). The average household size was 2.67 persons, and the average family size was 3.26 persons. In the borough Age distribution was 36.5% under the age of 18, 3.3% from 18 to 24, 25.1% from 25 to 44, 23.2% from 45 to 64, and 11.8% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 83.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.7 males. The median age was 34.4 years, The median age of males was 36.5 years, for females the median age was 34.2 years. The racial or ethnic makeup of the borough was 211 White, Black or African American, American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, from two or more races and Ohter races.
