Upper Saddle River Borough is one of the borough of Bergen County, New Jersey, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Upper Saddle River Borough had an official population of 7741 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 8454 in July 2008, making it New Jersey's 209th largest. The borough has a total area of 5.3 square miles (13.73 sq km), giving it the 104th largest by total area among New Jersey.
