Upper Providence Township Cdp is a one of the Delaware County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 10509 people (2000 census). It is the 99th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is spread over 5.84 square miles (15.13 kmē), of which, 5.59 square miles (14.48 kmē ) of it is land and 0.25 square miles (0.65 kmē) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 88th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 10509 people in the town, organized into 4075 households, and 2828 families residing in the town. The population density was 1879.6 people per square mile (725.72/kmē), it is Pennsylvania's 675th most densely populated town.
