Upper Nyack Village is a United States city located in the Rockland County, New York, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1863 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1891, giving it the 611th largest population among New York. It covers total area of 4.23 sq mi (10.96 sq km), of which, 1.32 square miles (3.42 sq km) of it is land and 2.9 square miles (7.51 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 259th largest by total area among New York. It is ranks 17 in the size of its inland waterways in New York.

The population density was 1406.8 people per square mile (543.17/kmē), it is New York's 547th most densely populated city. The median age is 44.8 years, The median age of males was 43.9 years, for females the median age was 45.4 years. The racial makeup of the city was 1724 White, 62 Black or African American, 1 American Indian, 43 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 25 from two or more races and 8 Ohter races.
