Upper Arlington City is a city in the Franklin County, Ohio, United States. The city has a population of 33686 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 31878, It is the 35th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 9.79 sq mi (25.36 sq km), of which, 9.76 square miles (25.28 sq km ) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, making it Ohio's 96th largest by total area.

The racial makeup of the city was 31906 White, 200 Black or African American, 35 American Indian, 1185 Asian, 3 Native Hawaiian, 267 from two or more races and 90 Ohter races.
